Who We Are  The North Oak Bay Community Association (NOBCA) represents the residents of North Oak Bay (often referred to as North Henderson) in the District of Oak Bay, BC, Canada.
Our unofficial boundaries are Landsdowne on the south, UVic on the north, Uplands Golf Course on the east, and the Saanich/Oak Bay boundary on the west.

What We Do  NOBCA has a rich history in the community. Historically, we've organized well-attended "pot luck" suppers at the Emmanuel Baptist Church, sponsored All-Candidates meetings for municipal elections, and advocated for traffic safety on Henderson and other community concerns. We are proudly supported by Oak Bay Council and the Oak Bay Parks, Recreation & Culture staff.

Get Involved  We are reactivating and looking for community members to share their thoughts on our future! Whether it's organizing block parties, engaging in municipal issues, or returning to our traditional potlucks, we need your voice.
